This sweet little girl is from Polkadoodles. She is called Butterfly Tree Fairy. I used the current sketch from Try Stampin' -or not- On Tuesday, it looks like this:
Their optional theme is "Flower". So, I went with that too (her hair and boot). I went with blues and a touch of pink. Mostly blue, and some pink gems. I added some shimmer the fairy wings and to the butterflies. I also used some blue glitter foam (not paper). The sentiment I used is from a stamp set I got from Skipping Stones Designs a long time ago (no longer in business).
