 This card was made with a stamp and die set from Simon Says Stamp called Birthday Bears sss202509c.  For the background I used a stencil I found at the Dollar Tree and 4 colors of Dylusions Shimmer Spray.  I used chalk and ink to color the bear, gifts, confetti and balloons.  I used an older tag punch from Stamp'in Up.

 This card was made for the current Back To The Books challenge over at the Paper Shelter.  I used the Hammock Days Digi Stamp Set.  I made this more 3D by printing two of the flowers and the girl in the Hammock and fussy cutting them then using pop dots to put them over the others.  The sentiment is from an older CTMH stamp set.  I added some shimmer in the center of the two 3d flowers, headband and glass.

With Affection

 I was in the mood to make a "mixed media" type card this morning.  I started with a teal piece of cardstock, prayed my glass work table with some Dylusions Ink Spray and water then rubbed the paper around in it.  After using my heat gun to dry it off, I then used a butterfly stencil I made using my Cricut and some gold ink.  I laid some lace across the bottom, added some tulle, mulberry roses from I am Roses, leaves I die cut and some gold leaves I had in a drawer.  I used some 3 step stamped leaves and sentiment from Altenew.  I added a piece of a vintage gold earring that was broken.  The butterfly and the butterfly frame were cut using dies.  I also added some pearls throughout the card front.  This was pretty fun to make!

Fun Fold with Creative Creases Challenge #89

 I've been invited to be a Guest DT again over at Creative Creases challenge #89.  I decided to, once again, pull out my favorite Stamp'in Up set, "Bistro Burger Bundle".  I did a step fold card using a red 12 x 12 sheet of red paper.  

I cut it at 5.5 x 11.5.  Scored at 5.5 and 8.5.  I then cut a piece of the red at 5.5 x 6 and scored it at 5.5.  Using the tear n' tape on the small fold side and attached to the back of the other piece to make it the card part and so that it would stand better on it's own.  The fold part is big enough to add a gift card if you chose.

As you can see, I added some silver "gems" and some twine to finish it off.

Beach'in Birthday

 I'm in need of a tropical vacation!  Yes, It's been in the triple digits here, however, it's so dry and the smoke from all of the fires make it so I can't breathe if I spend much time outside.  So, this hasn't been a very fun summer!  So, when I saw this fun image from Dr. Digi (Beach Bum Bob), I had to have it and had to make something tropical and fun with it.  I went back and grabbed the Freaky Tiki to add to the card.  The background paper is from Stamp'in Up and the tree is from Cricut.

Steampunk Love

 I had to make this card, I had a friend in mind when I made this.  She enjoys dressing in steampunk and she has two cats, they look similar to the two you see here.

For this card I used all kinds of dies, as you can see.  The sentiment, the cogs, the butterflies, the images and their scalloped background.  These images came from an AI creation Facebook page where several people share their makes "For personal use only".  There were several that this particular person made with several different cats and several different people.  Pretty cool huh?  Amazing the things we can find on Facebook!  😁
