For My BFF

I love these pre-colored My Besties images from Sherri Baldy!!  This image is called Huggable Besties from the colored printables sets.  For this card I used some fun dies, a punch, some pink pearls, letter beads, flowers lace and ribbons.  I put Glossy Accents on their eyes and some Stickles on the dresses, bows, flowers and butterfly.

Magical Birthday Mermaid

I was in the mood to create a card tonight, and since it is rare that I have time to do it anymore, I jumped on the opportunity.  I just purchased this fun image from Sherry Baldy/My Besties pre colored images.  This is Enchanted Magical Unicorn.  You can get it in black and white HERE or colored HERE.  I used a few different papers...then have to wonder why since I covered them with all of the fun stuff.  LOL  I added burlap, fish beads, some dies, flowers, shells, a bottle of fun, a sentiment, some stick pins I made and a sentiment I created.

So many things to look at!  LOL  I think maybe I got a bit carried away, but it was fun!  LOL

My Super Awesome Friend

This fortnight at Incy Wincy Designs the challenge theme is 'make your own background'.  I chose to use my Spirograph.  We have two fantastic sponsors, A Day For Daisies and Polkadoodles.  For this card I used and image from Polkadoodles called Knight & Dragon.  I love Polkadoodles fort their pre-colored images...have I mentioned how much I dislike coloring?  LOL
For this card I used a butterfly border punch (the butterflies are the scraps), a floral edge punch and an oval punch.  Hand cut out the sentiment/stamp.  The DP and sentiment is from the set too.

Life is Better

Hi there!  I have not been doing much crafting lately...I just finished a play I was in, last night was closing night.  Oh thank goodness!!  I'm soooo exhausted!  I need a vacation!  haha  Actually, during the rehearsal process I made a quick week long trip to Guam to see my daughter who lives over there with a local guy.  Anyway...I decided it was time to make a card.  I did this one, using an image from Whoopsi daisy., some DP, two bird beads, some gems, flowers, I used a die cut for the leaves, the sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I followed this sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday.

The image is a pre-colored image.  Rather than using ribbon I used some scrap paper for the two long strips.  I decided to bring in the bird from the image by using the two bird beads on the left hand corners.
