Swirls and Curls with Digital Delights

This week over at Digital Delights the challenge theme is Swirls and Curls.  I'm not sure how well Drummer Darian (pre-colored) goes with the decorations on my card, but...Oh well!  haha  I added some white spiral stamens and some swirly paper.  I also added a swirly/curly flourish to his mouth.

buttons and bling with Incy Wincy and The Paper Shelter

This week over at Incy Wincy Designs we are being sponsored by the wonderful Paper Shelter.  Our challenge theme is 'Buttons and Bling'.  This is the card I made that inspired the wall hanging I posted a while back HERE.  I used the Vintage Seamstress image  (pre-colored w/background).  I added some buttons, roses, burlap, stick pens and gems.  I put some glossy accents over the music notes, radio dial, sewing machine and her eyes.  Love how this turned out.

3 Of The Same with Digital Delights

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!  I know I should not be overly excited by that fact, but I took today off from work and decided to pamper myself a little bit...I'm 45, I deserve it dang it!  LOL

Today's challenge over at Digital Delights is "3s not a crowd - use 3 of the same embellishments".  Since it is my birthday I decided to make a birthday card.  I used Birthday Cake Josh.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  My three of the same embellishments are red gems.  I also added a ribbon and did some paper piercing.  I used some deco scissors on the arrow paper.

Sketch time with Incy Wincy and Lacy Sunshine

This week over at Incy Wincy Designs we have a sketch I created.  I think I put our DT in a dither over this sketch...they didn't much care for it at all...LOL  They said it was tough...

Use your favorite color with Digital Delights

This week's challenge at Digital Delights is "Use Your Favorite Color".  I went with blue.  I decided to keep this one rather "simple".  I added some twine, gems and a metal sentiment charm.  The sunflowers in the corner were cut using a die. The sweet little girl is called "Flower Power Sunflower".

Don't you just love Rick's Malificent image?  I did my #2 pencil technique on her and added just a touch of green in her eyes.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I added a bird die, some fabric ribbon and lace I won from The Ribbon Girl, I made a fun bow w/a rose and added some glitter tulle and feathers.  Super fun Halloween creation!  :)

Tic Tac Toe with Incy Wincy Designs and Dr Digi

This week over at Incy Wincy Designs we have a tic tac toe challenge (love it when it is given the correct name and not being called bingo)  I created the tic tac toe board to be a bit bit more seasonally possible with an anything goes type of twist...

Dr Digi is sponsoring us this week.  I used the hilarious Airfresh Fiona digi stamp.  I'm not sure where I got these papers, but I went with the pink green color scheme.  I added some extra circles I punched out in pink an green and some pink rick rack.  I went with (Use some metal, Happy Birthday and Just a little bad).  I did my own sentiment on this one.

Distressing with Whoopsi Daisy

This week the challenge over at Whoopsi Daisy is "Distressing".  I used a beautiful pre-colored image from sheet #612.   I tried to keep this soft and precious like the pre-colored image.  I added some stickles over her muff, hat and the tree.  I added a pretty floral stick that had a gemed flower, feather and gems pus a couple stick that are gems and pears.  I then added some flowers.  I used a corner die and die cut letters to spell out noel.  I used some lace and some lace to make a bow with the snowflake charm.  I distressed all of the edges of each paper.  Just love this!!  :D  Made me so happy!

Here is my Zombie Baby Creation!!  Using the sweet (not so zombie) "Up 2 Something" image.   Here is how he started out:

After I colored him I kept thinking, He could easily pass as a zombie if he had some blood and stuff on him...so, I decided to use this same image and turned him into this

 

Is he creepy enough for you??  After coloring him I started to wonder how I could turn him into something fun...a Halloween/baby card.  I decided to make a "dresser" and used some letter beads that spell out "BOO".  I used some cheese cloth that I made "bloody" and did a fun little sentiment I created.  I love how it all turned out!  What do you think??
