For my creation I used the freebie, added several layers of DP, added a button, ribbon, lace and a doily.

I used a non-Christmas image for this one, I used Belle of the Ball.  I used a pretty embossing folder for the top layer of white, a word die set a bow and a bunch of pearl snowflakes.

I picked Christmas Vacation.  For my card I used Gus Christmas - Merry Kiss My.  I used a die cut tree w/pearl ornaments and added a bow.  I did double layers for everything.  Ever have that moment when you look at the picture and realize a super dumb mistake?  Well, I did that with this one...But I won't be telling you what it was!  LOL

For my card I used Elf Brat and Rudolph.  I used a sentiment die, reindeer die and a tree die.  I added pearls on the tree, deer nose, ornaments the the Rudolph image is holding and downt he side.  I also added a bow.

I chose The Santa Claus...This fun Santa Claus Peeker reminds me of Tim Allen!!  I kept this card CAS by only added some ribbon and a sentiment from Create With TLC.

This is Bugaboo's Friday Freebie this week, Sunbonnet Tree.  For this card I turned the black and white image into a "negative" so it was opposite.  I added two gems on her hat, cut her out from a circle die and scraped the edges with a red stamp pad.  I used a die cut tree and added two other round die cuts.

Meow

This is an all occasion card made for the current progressive challenge that Limited Runs does every month.  I've been so busy this last few weeks with weddings and socializing.  I love summer!!

For this card I used Bird House 3 and the fun cat that is the current image for the progressive challenge.  I added a grass die to the bottom, I embossed the "window trim" and added gems, flowers and a bow. I did add larger googly eyes to the kitty cat and added a touch of glitter (Stickles) to the hanging cat toy.

Suck An Elf!

This week over at Catch The Bug the challenge theme is "Inspired by your favorite movie".  One of my favorite movies is The 10th Kingdom.  This was actually a Hallmark Mini Series back in 2000 with a fun all star cast based on all of the Grimm Brother's stories, the Grimm way, not the Disney way!  I call this my 'sick movie', when I'm home sick from work and can't do much but lay in bed I will watch this, due to the fact that its 417 minutes long (almost 7 hours).

For my card I used an troll image (the trolls in this movie crack me up!).  This image is called Cute Troll.  I added a die cut that is a tree, but my take of a 'beanstock'.  I added some burlap, hemp twine and some green pearls.  I created my own sentiment sort of quoting the trolls from the movie.

I used a Bugaboo image from a set called 3 Silhouettes Set.  My boss is always wearing these gorgeous high heels, so for her birthday I wanted to make her a card with a pretty high heel on it.  I kept with the black/grey tones. I used some flag dies, a word die set and a corner die set.  I added some gems and two different DPs.

This card was made using an image from Sheepski Designs called Kamsin.  I follwed the sketch from Sketch Saturday which looks like this:

I cut the image out using a square stitched die, added some flowers, gems and 2 different polka dotted DP's.  The sentiment and the flag were made using the same DP.
