Vintage Birthday

I won a blog hop last month and wanted to make a card with all of the items I won which included the background stamp, ribbon and roses w/bow attached.  I added a pre-colored image from The Paper Shelter, some gems and  a sticker sentiment from my own stash.  Here is the video I watched to learn how to do this Splatter Technique.
