Just A Note - Notebook

This card was made for this weeks 'Anything But A Card' post over at Catch The Bug.

I made a small notebook holder for this little notepad.  This was made by using a 6-7/8" x 5" piece of cardstock that I scored at the 3-1/4" and 3-5/8" on the long side.  the image used was Bird Greetings - Just a Note.
