This card was made for this week's Oldie But Goodie post over at Catch The Bug I used an image called Stella Calendar July USA.
I used a technique that is new to me. Using my Shimmer Pens from CTMH I splattered the shimmer colors onto the white cardstock by flicking the color over my pointer finger. I cut the image out using the Cricut. I used some red and blue glitter cardstock for the background and added some red, white and blue gems. The blue bow was my final touch.

Great project! I am splatter challenged and it just never comes out right! I will have to try the glitter splatter and see if I have better luck!
