I have to wonder how many posts start with "this card was made for one of my co-workers". LOL Well, this one was. When asking what she wanted this year she said "Being my octopus card was awesome and you did that very last minute, I can only imagine what you would come up with now that you have time 😊 So it seems like summer doesn’t want to go away lol let’s go with a fall themed. Fall is my favorite time of the year I love the changing of the leaves, the cool days, wearing sweaters all the time ( I do this in my house all the time anyways) but I can wear them all day 😉 I also enjoy going to the pumpkin patch with my daughter and just the “spookiness” of Halloween season. My cat Pepper is also black with green eyes, and I have like three pillows at home that look like her. (Walmart lol) So hopefully that’s enough to have your imagination go wild." So, I created a fall card for her. For this one I added a fall scene in the background, then added some falling leaves. Then I added the deer dies, then the fence die. The frame die is one I just got from Lawn Fawn. it was a fun Halloween set called Spooky Forest Backdrop. I only used the frame from that set. The grass, scalloped lower layer and the sentiment were cut using my Cricut. The tree over the frame die was another part of a three tree set. The two pumpkins were recycled from the packaging my new infuser with reed sticks came in. The leaves were from another die set. I used the fork technique to create the bow and added a small button onto it.
