This week over at Sassy Studio Designs the Dare to be Sassy Thursday challenge theme is 'Have A Banner Day'.  I pulled out Surprise Proposal, paper pieced her dress, colored her boots and hair with chalk, colored her bear and lips with glitter gel pen.  I added some die cut banners and some die cut carousel horses (from Simon Says Stamp), added some ribbons (three different ribbons) and a metal charm.  I turned this tag into a tall and skinny card.
