This is the second card I made for the Incy Wincy Designs Challenge using my requested image from Kenny K who is sponsoring our "For The Men In Your Life" challenge.  This image is called Let's Party.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I colored the guy using ink and pencil.  I used Glossy accents over the ball and his glasses.
