Bright Colors with Whoopsi Daisy

This week over at Whoopsi Daisy the challenge theme is "Bright Colors".  I used a pre-colored image from sheet #542.  I added a touch of glitter and some glossy accents to the image.  The rest (except for the gems) is all digital.  I layed it all out digitally before printing then layered onto the card.  I then added the gems.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC's set called "In The Dictionary".
