Circles Everywhere with Whoopsi Daisy

This week over at Whoopsi Daisy the challenge theme is "Circles Everywhere".  I decided to go with some punched circles and a couple of "banners", one has the sentiment on it from Create With TLC.  I also added some gems, a bow and a dress charm.  The little cupcake was found on my desk, I must have colored it then didn't use it at some point.  The cupcake is from Delicious Doodles.  The adorable pre-colored girl image is from Whoopsi Daisy's sheet #543.  As busy as this card looks, it is actually quite simply put together!  LOL
