Let The Celebration Begin!

This week's challenge theme over at Incy Wincy Designs is "Birthdays".  We are being sponsored by the wonderful  DILLY BEANS.  I used the image called Brooke.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  DP is from 'The Paper Patch'.  I colored her using my Prismacolor pencils.  Her eye, lips and shirt were colored using glitter gel pens.  I added some glossy accents and used a silver Zig Painty pen on her.

Thanks for looking!
