This card was made for this week's '123 Recipe - 1 Ribbon, 2 Flowers, 3 Layers' challenge over at Catch The Bug.
For this card I used the image called Flower Teddy. I cut the letters and heart using the Cricut, the scalloped square was cut using a die, I added gems and a bow. I used the splatter technique with my Shimmer pens from CTMH.
