This card was made for this week's Spring Fling challenge over at Catch The Bug Challenge Blog
For this card I used the image called Bugaboo Brats Easter 02. I used a scalloped die for the bottom half of the frame, a flower edge punch for the little flowers, the Tag Punch Board for the little tag/sentiment. I added a bow and some pearls and called it done.
