This card was made for the 'Hand Colored Images Only' challenge at Incy Wincy Designs Challenges. We are being sponsored by Beccy's Place.
For this card I used I used Flower Fairy which is free HERE, an embossing folder for the top half and an Impresslit for the green border. I cut the three circles using cookie cutter dies. I added gems and a bow. I colored her using sharpies.
