With one of my past posts Pattie from Pattie's Creations commented and asked if I'd be interested in joining her design team over at
Pattie's Creations Design Challenge. I decided, sure! Why not? So, this is my first creation for her design team using
Cheers To You Ladies. The challenge theme is "Love, Love, Love", well...because I'm single, with no Valentine in my little world (well, I actually told my friend whom I'm going to see the opera with on the 14th she could be my Valentine since we're both single) I decided to point out that love comes in many different forms. In this case, I love my crazy and single friends! I used gems, heart stickers, flowers, lace, burlap, doilies, and edge punch and a bow.

Great card Karen. That image is lots of fun. God puts people in our lives at the right time. I always just joke that my Knight is riding a turtle instead of a horse and doesn't have GPS, lol. It will be 6 years this month that my husband passed away, and my son tells me that I need to get out and date. I have done a lot of counseling and "work" on taking care of my emotional self. I feel that it will all happen when it needs too. So keep having fun with your girlfriends and taking care of yourself and eventually......
