Happy Boss' Day

I have made my boss a Boss' Day card for the last few years using a Stella image.  This year is no exception.  This time I used the sentiment from Stella Work - Terrible Way and the image is Stella Work - Take That Chance.  I didn't use the sentiment because I think I used it on one of the other cards I made for her.  I added some lace, ribbon, flowers, sissor charms, a lacy corner die and some gems.
