Russian To Get Well

So, here is the story behind this one.  I posted the laugh your butt off card not too long ago for one of my co-workers who had a "special" surgery in her 'unmentionable' area...unless you're me...  I told her I bet she wished she could just laugh her butt off...hence that card.  For this card I now have another co-worker heading out for surgery on her leg.  She told me I had to 'keep it clean'...  So, I'd been racking my brain trying to think up something 'clever'.  Friday at work, the 'laugh your butt off' recipient was trying to get my attention at work and said "hey!", so I turned my chair to face her, crossed my arms and went "Hey! Hey! Hey Hey! Hey" while kicking my legs up (all while sitting in my chair).  She started laughing and I said "yeah, I'd like to see Cecilia do that when she gets back"...well...  That is how this one came to be.  Yes, I created the sentiment myself.  I used osme fun papers from a random paper pack I have, added some lace, gems and bows.
