This week over at Incy Wincy Designs the challenge theme is "Anything Goes".  We have two sponsors Sasayaki Glitter and DigiStamp Atelier  I played with an image from Sasayaki Glitter.  I used mostly scraps to make this...the blue strip is a scrap, the flower and the ribbon were all scraps.  The sentiment is a sticker.
