Here is one of the new releases I used, this one is called Pierrot Clown. I colored this using a #2 pencil and a red gel pen. I used an embossing folder on some CTMH cardstock and then sanded over it to bring out the white, I then used some SU DP above it. I added a couple ribbons, some lace, flowers, string pearls and a sentiment from Create With TLC.
