Paint With Love

This fun card was made using an image from Tiddly Inks called Annie's Art.  It is a freebie in the Tiddly Inks Shop!  I created the sentiment myself and will share it with you here:

For my card I used some ribbon, lace gems and flowers.  I added some Stickles on the bows on the image and some Glossy Accents over her eyes for added texture.  The image was colored using chalk, ink and gel pen.
