Sassy Classy Birthday

This fun image is from Artbymiran, she is called Penelope.  Tonight is my friend's birthday party.  Every year for her birthday she invites all of her girlfriends to show up in formal wear and we all go to a very expensive restaurant downtown Boise.  Last year some of us went bar hopping after dinner, while still in our formal wear.  It was a blast!  This year she said her dress was going to be sparkly red, so I made Penelope's dress a sparkly red.  I chose to go with red, white and black for the whole card.  I added lace, ribbon, and the fun pompom ribbon.  I added some die cut flags (or are they banners?), punched butterflies, roses, a small doily and gems.  I'm pleased with how this turned out!  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.
