Incy Wincy's Tag Your It

This week at Incy Wincy the challenge is 'Tag, You're It' and is being sponsored by Limited Runs.  I've been out of the stamping world for a while and have recently returned.  I've rejoined Incy Wincy Designs!!  :)  It's great to be back!

For my tag creation I chose to make a card and ADD a tag (actually 2 tags).  I used Countaing Toes & the pre-colored Happy Birthday Cake images from Limited Runs.  The DP is from Stampin' Up.  I used some Hemp String, flowers, gems and pearls.  The tags are Stampin' Up punches.  I also used a die.
