Let The Celebration Begin!

This week over at Incy Wincy the challenge theme is "Birthdays".  We are being sponsored by DILLY BEANS.  I used an image called Brooke. I added 7 brads a flower and some leaves.  I tried to match the flower in her hair.  I used white paint pen on her hair and on the flowers/leaves.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.
