This week at Incy Wincy Designs the challenge theme is "Black, White with one color".  We are being sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps.  Most of their images inspire color...so this was tough for me.  LOL  I used Gus Birthday Reaper for my card.  The DP is From The Paper Studio called "Harper's Boutique".  I added googly eyes to Gus...thought it was fitting.

Aged Like Fine Wine

Pigs Fly

This week I won over at Paper Pretties!  I had the honor of picking 5 images...that was tough to choose only 5.  LOL  One of the theater companies I've acted with has a traditional flying pig and an Elvis character...  Well, the pig was in two of the four shows I've performed with them.  LOL  Elvis is in all shows.  But, this is why I love the Flying Pig!  :)

For this card I chose to make it a window card.  I added pearls, lace and a fun button.  The DP is from a Paper Studio set.  The sentiment came with the image.  I colored the pig with chalk.

Hot Diggity Dog

I have been down for the count all week long with the flu and an arthritis flare up.  Sadly, my arthritis is in my right shoulder and that makes it nearly impossible to to do any coloring or anything else...typing is even painful...not sure what I'm going to do at work next week if it doesn't get better!?!?  Anyway, I decided I just had to make SOMETHING...even it it's cleaner/simpler than my normal...I've been going through withdrawals this week.  I decided to make a birthday card my mom's girlfriend would like since she has a couple wiener doges.  I used this pre-colored image from Doodle Pantry.  Did you know they give away a full set to everyone who takes part in their monthly challenges?  All you have to do it use on of their images...if you are 'too poor' to buy one, they have several freebies on their site!!  Their current freebie up for grabs for participation is a cute carousel pig.  So sweet!!




Right?  Their sets include pictures (uncolored and pre-colored), papers and sentiments!!

I used the Dizzy Dachschund set for this card.  All I added was a bow and some gems.  The rest is all one layer...CAS!!!  LOVE IT!!!

TCCCB FIBER/LACE

Our challenge theme is "Faux Silk" Technique, Fiber, lace - the Faux silk technique is optional.  I got to play with a Beansie Doodles image called Sew What - Buttons.  Just love her!!  I used some lace and twine for the lace and fiber part of the challenge.  I added buttons, a fun dressform die, pearls, gems, two way DP and a fun scissor charm that actually opens and closes.  I colored the image using pencils.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.
