This card was made for the Oldies but Goodies post at Catch The Bug.
For this card I used Stella Witch-Instant Witch. She was colored using Paint 3-D. The sentiment was cut using my Cricut, Stella was cut out with the Cricut as well. I added some gems a couple spiders cut with a mini punch (on the purple spider web paper) and a 'moon' punched with a circle punch.
