Pop Up Coffee Gift Card Holders

One of my co-workers wanted me to make some coffee gift card holders for some people at her church.  The birthday one is for her minister, the other two (the Thank you ones) are for a couple of ladies who helped her out with something.

The sentiment from these came from a fun new set by Create With TLC called Coffee Time:
