Age and Treachery

I love this Sea Witch from Rick St. Dennis.  I messed up on the eel so I had to cut it off from the image.  I added some curled paper strips, feathers, a stick pin that I made, a metal skull and Crossbones and some die cuts.  The sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I colored the sea witch with colored pencils and a #2 pencil.  I used some Glossy Accents on it's eyes.
