Start with a 12 x 12 sheet of paper. cut at 4-3/4. You now should have a 4-3/4 x 12 piece of cardstock. Score lines are at 1/4, 1, 2-5/8, 3-3/8 and 8-1/2. Your actual card measures 3-1/2 x 4-3/4 (this is good to know for decorating. The hole to see the candles is cut exactly 1/2 inch around, so if you are using a good cutter with a ruler it should be easy for you.
